Parks

Scenic Vista Park is located on Wayne Bridge Road in Center Township, approximately 4 miles southwest of Lisbon. It was the first property acquired by the Columbiana County Park District for a park. It was purchased in the mid 1970s.

 

The park consists of 250 acres, much of which is mostly mature hardwood forest. There are some hiking trails throughout the wooded acreage. The rest of the park has an open pavilion which can be reserved free of charge, historical log cabin and covered bridge, archery practice range, small playground for children, picnic tables, paved roads which are utilized by many fitness walkers, and an 18 hole disc golf course. The disc golf course hosts the annual Scenic Vista Challenge disc golf tournament.
